Personal training extends well beyond 3 hours a week in the gym. Our systems ensure you will be supported throughout the week. |

How long will I need to train with Restrive?
While some clients come with a goal in mind, for which the timeframe will be start point and goal dependent, many choose to make a long-term investment in their health and continue to train after their initial transformation. That being said, we have seen fantastic results in 12 to 20-week timeframes.

How many times a week do I need to train?
Most clients do 3 personal training sessions per week, and we have seen our best results with clients training 3-4 times per week, but everything is customisable.

How long is a personal training session?
Your first personal training session will be 90 minutes in length as you will discuss your goals, complete body composition assessments and train. Thereafter all sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Do I need any training experience?
No, this is one of the huge benefits of 1-2-1 personal training. Your trainer will be able observe each and every rep. Making sure you are performing exercises correctly is paramount to the success of the body transformation.
