Do I need access to a gym for online personal training?
Yes, progressive weight training is required to build muscle and achieve the best body transformations. The programme you receive will be based on your ability and the equipment you have available.

How long is an online personal training package?
Timeframe will be start point and goal dependent, however many choose to make a long-term investment in their health and continue to train and achieve multiple goals after their initial transformation. We recommend starting with an online personal training package of at least 3 months.

How much resistance training experience do I need for online personal training?
Weight training experience is beneficial. However, you will submit videos of you training and receive coaching feedback on how to improve your technique.

How many times a week do I need to train with online personal training?
Most clients do 3 resistance training sessions per week, and we have seen our best results with clients training 3-4 times per week, but every training plan is customisable.
